The largest event and fundraiser that the Lebanon Lions hold is the Lebanon Country Fair. This event welcomes the community to the Lions Grounds for a traditional country fair on the last weekend of July, where they can experience rides, fireworks, stage entertainment, animal pulls, truck pulls, demolition derby, and a wide variety of fair food. Funds raised from this event are distributed to the community at the annual Night of Giving.
